Effective urban development is about reimagining spaces to create lasting value for communities.
Beachler Investments, led by CEO Andrew Beachler, is focused on transforming underutilized parking and vacant properties into thriving urban hubs. With strategic acquisitions and a commitment to sustainable growth, Beachler Investments redefines real estate development in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
Redeveloping Miami Parking Lots into High-Value Properties
Miami’s real estate market is evolving, and Beachler Investments is leading the way. The company’s $17.5 million acquisition of a Washington Avenue site in Miami Beach will convert a previously inactive property into a dynamic mixed-use development.
“This site on Washington Avenue merges innovative design with a community-first approach,” said Andrew Beachler. “Our goal is to revitalize this space while supporting Miami Beach’s growth.”
With $21.5 million in financing, the project is moving forward with a clear vision for long-term economic impact.
Expanding Fort Lauderdale’s Intracoastal Real Estate
Beachler Investments is strengthening its presence in Fort Lauderdale with the $12 million acquisition of the Marina Mar Building and its adjacent parking lot. This 72,757-square-foot Intracoastal property is set to become a hub for business, leisure, and community engagement.
“This acquisition isn’t just about real estate—it’s about shaping Fort Lauderdale’s future,” said Beachler. “We see tremendous potential in unlocking new opportunities for the local economy and residents.”
Integrating the existing parking lot into the redevelopment enhances accessibility, increases property value, and ensures the site meets the growing demand for premium commercial space.
Strengthening Fort Lauderdale’s Urban Core
Beachler Investments is further expanding with the $9 million acquisition of 2933 Poinsettia Street in Fort Lauderdale. This 0.5-acre vacant lot will be redeveloped into a high-value mixed-use property, reinforcing the city’s status as a premier destination for business and upscale living.
“We identify properties with strong growth potential and reposition them for lasting impact,” said Beachler.
Located near Las Olas Beach Condos and Pier Sixty-Six, this project aligns with Fort Lauderdale’s continued economic expansion.
Shaping the Future of South Florida
Under Andrew Beachler’s leadership, Beachler Investments continues to maximize property value, develop sustainable projects, and contribute to economic growth.
With a proven track record and a forward-thinking approach, Beachler Investments sets a new standard in South Florida real estate.
